Dear blogger, I am looking for bloggers to experience Niigata!! My name
Marco | 18 11 2009Dear blogger,
I am looking for bloggers to experience Niigata!!
My name is Marco and I live in Niigata.
I write to you on this occasion to let you know about a unique opportunity to visit and enjoy all the best Niigata prefecture can offer to their visitors. The Niigata Board of Tourism is looking for 2 bloggers who would be invited to the region (Niigata and Sado Island) to experience some of its most delightful aspects. The tour of the region will take place between the 10th and 17th of December 2009. The visit will include sightseeing, Sake and local food tasting. All costs are covered, and you will travel around the region to get a feel of Niigata.
I am positive you find this opportunity tempting, and I do apologize for the late notice on such an interesting event. Nevertheless, the official ad will appear in the Japan Times online version on the 20th of this month (November 2009), so if you are interested, or would like more details (such as daily routes and visits) please don’t hesitate in contacting with me.
Stayed tuned if this is your kind of thing, and even though on this occasion you might not make it, there will be more such events coming up soon, so please let me know if you might be interested to join in a future time. Skiing events upcoming.
OK! So what do we want from you?
All we ask in return is to blog about your experiences and tell the world about all the hidden wonders of Niigata. I have been living here for nearly 5 years now, and despite the number of appealing characteristics this friendly and warm hearted region has, it is still not well known. The Niigata Board of Tourism has decided to try a new approach and attract new visitors. For this purpose I researched for popular bloggers with a wide following, and this is why you received this email.
Requisits:
-Write the blog in English.
-Live in Japan.
My best regards, and hoping to hear soon from you,
Marco
PS: In case this mail sounds too good to be true, don’t worry its not a spam! If you want in, just send me a reply!
