Gyozaman
babibubebo | 6 05 2008If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting and enjoy the photos from Japan!
Like pizzaman and chocoraman, gyozaman combines two things that I love, gyoza (which is the Japanese version of Chinese dumplings. In the USA often they are called “pot stickers”) and the fluffy, warm, doughy goodness of nikuman. So you might think that I am all about the gyozaman…

And in general, you would be right! To be fair though, I have somewhat of an obsession with gyoza, so it is hard for me not to like gyozaman. Also, they are a little more difficult to find compared to the others, so that adds to the appeal. The one complaint I do have is that it might be a little too doughy. I mean I know that is the nikuman part, but I think I prefer just the strait up gyoza to the gyozaman. By the way, if anyone is a super fan of gyoza like myself, I STRONGLY recommend checking out Gyoza Stadium, in Namja Town of the Sunshine 60 Building in Ikebukuro.

So in conclusion…
Gyozaman barely gets an 4 out of 5.

Hi I am a publisher of THE EAST; the only English
Hyung Lee | 9 05 2008Hi
I am a publisher of THE EAST; the only English newspaper, which is mainly focused on the East Asian information (at the beginning of every month, more than 12,000 free copies are distributed throughout the London area, particularly, where East Asian Networks are established).
I looked at your blog the other day and have been wondering if there would be any chance that we could publish some of your interesting articles on the paper.
We think some of your blog articles should be very helpful to the Westners who are interested in Asian Culture.
The East cannot afford to pay for your articles right now (as we are non-profitable organisation). However, if you wish, we can still offer you:
1. Advertising space
2. Link to THE EAST web site blog section
We look forward to hearing from you shortly.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Hyung Wook Lee
