Many people don't realize how accomidating these wonderful places are. I stay at internet cafes on most of my trips around the country. I've stayed in the heart of Shibuya at an internet cafe for 12 hours for roughly 1700 Yen. Great deal- The showers are also refreshing and very clean. Most places offer shaving razors- soap- travel toothbrushes and everything you would need. Pillows and blankets are often available. I personally like the floor mat style- spread out and relax. I recommend Popeye Media Cafes- they are close to all the major train stations. Sleeping in internet cafes is an excellent way to tour around the country.
