I did go to Tsukiji at 5 in the morning and it was well worth it. I saw some videos here http://japansugoi.com/wordpress/tsukiji-fish-market/ so I kinda knew what to expect. The experience was well worth the getting up so early in the morning but we were on a tour which didn't allow us to spend time having a sushi breakfast as I had wanted. You got some nice photographs on your site!
